Shipping

All orders takes from 10 to maximum 25 days to be delivered

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound

15-Day Return Period: We are committed to ensuring you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a return policy that allows you to send back your purchase within 15 days from the date you received it.

Return Shipping Costs and label: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.

Eligibility for Returns To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Under wares.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.

Late or Missing Refunds:

Damages and Issues:

Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items immediately. If you find any defects, damages, or if the wrong item was sent, contact us right away at follahuk@gmail.com. We aim to resolve any issues promptly.

    Exchanges:

    We do not offer exchanges at this time. For an alternative item, please return your current item and place a new order.

    European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers within the European Union, you have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, under the same conditions mentioned above.
